Datamatics was established in 1966 as a management consulting firm specializing in human resources, payroll, and related business areas. After years of consulting and developing software applications, Datamatics began specializing in the critical area of labor management, an effort undertaken in response to growing client demand.
We created the precursor software that was developed into TC-1™ in the 1980s specifically to address the needs of our consulting clients. TC-1™ stemmed from traditional stand alone platforms, and has since migrated to multi-tiered client/server and web enabled architecture. TC-1™ has been implemented in thousands of businesses and organizations across the country.
More recently, Datamatics developed TimesheetPlus™, a native web solution which we offer as an ASP service.
Datamatics is recognized by leading organizations including The American Payroll Association, and we have established industry benchmarks that have been noted by Inc. Technology Magazine, Software Magazine, ID news, and other publications.
Today, as in the past, Datamatics provides a broad range of services, including software solutions, management consulting, and employee development and training programs.
Supporting Clients
Unlike publicly owned corporations whose focus is on advancing their shareholders' interests, Datamatics is a privately held company whose primary focus is on serving clients and helping them to achieve success.
We support our clients for the long term, not just for the initial purchase and implementation of a solution. You can count on us to be there when you need us, whether for technical assistance and training, or for consulting on your general business needs.
We look forward to working with you.

Our clients say..
"TC-1 addresses our unique work rules. Overtime for the payroll staff and for the people actually inputting it has drastically gone down. Processing time at our largest station is reduced by at least one day a week." -Michael Kerrigan JetBlue Airways
