At Datamatics' 2004 User Conference, attendees will be instructed on key functionalities and features of their TC-1 automated labor management system. They will also get to share tips and strategies with other users, and enjoy the amenities of a major resort in the Atlantic City locale.
Fords, NJ (PRWEB) September 28, 2004 -- The program for Datamatics' 2004 TC-1 User Conference, scheduled for October 21 and 22nd at the Seaview Marriott Resort & Spa in Galloway Township, NJ, has now been set. Matrix scheduling, benefit accruals, coverage reporting, and new technical support options will be among the key topics covered.
"We have prepared a conference curriculum that focuses on the work tasks and skill sets of our users," said Norman C. Heinle, Jr., President of Datamatics Management Services, Inc., the New Jersey-based company that develops and markets the popular TC-1 labor management system. "We want all of our users to get the maximum benefit out of TC-1 for their organizations."
As in the past, this year's conference will consist of one full day of breakout sessions, followed by a half day of advanced training workshops. Attendees will be able to select the sessions they wish to join from a list of 19 different meetings scheduled throughout the conference.
The advanced training workshops will cover such TC-1 related topics as: new product features, the security of operating environments, accrued benefit tracking, the benefits of client server, and optimizing the various reports which the TC-1 system can generate.
"This is an ideal opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with application specialists from Datamatics, as well as with other TC-1 users," explained Heinle. "Our senior staff will also be in attendance to answer questions and listen to suggestions."
In addition to the popular open forum, in which the Datamatics staff responds to questions from the floor, a newly developed session on survival skills for supervisors will be offered by the company's management consultants and trainers.
This year's conference site will also provide attendees with some relaxing diversions. The Seaview Marriott is right outside of Atlantic City. Moreover, Datamatics is offering special packages that include use of the hotel's spa and golf course.
