Datamatics is pleased to announce the following additions to our staff of consultants:
David Moran of MindWorks Inc., a specialized consulting company providing services in: Presentation Skills training, Sales training, Goal setting and Business simulations with a focus on Strategic Planning, Marketing and Branding, Project Management and Management of intangible assets.
Ann Rosen Spector, PhD is a clinical psychologist and an instructor at Rutgers University. She has responsibility for the Datamatics Executive Coaching program. Ann is also a consultant for Organizational Change and Leadership Development programs. Ann brings a high level of professional experience which will add significant value to a company's capabilities.
Doug Swart, CPA, a consultant and advisor in the areas of HR and general management. Doug's primary responsibility will be Datamatics' V-Core HR, the source for augmenting and simplifying Human Resource management. Doug will also conduct management reviews and systems audits. Doug brings over 30 years of management experience to Datamatics plus an ability to work with all levels of management in any size organization.
Brian Duffy focuses on creating effective management teams, driving plan execution and managing change. He has extensive international HR experience, has helped clients enter new markets in the US, Europe and Asia and consulted on merger and acquisition integration.
