Does TimesheetPlus™ require software to be installed on the desktop?


No. As with most ASP solutions, the application resided at the host and is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 of greater. In the event your organization uses an alternative Internet browser, please contact our office for minimum requirements.

How difficult is TimesheetPlus™ to configure and use?


The preferred method of software configuration is to automatically populate company and employee data as well as other company specific policies such as paid time off, holidays and work schedules. User-friendly help guides, online movies and quick start guides make using TimesheetPlus™ easy for employees at all levels.

Can we still use data collection devices with TimesheetPlus™?


Yes. Through traditional bar-code and Biometric type readers, your organization can mix and match data collection devices depending on work environment.

How secure is our company's data stored with TimesheetPlus™?


TimesheetPlus™ is located in one of the only commercially available data centers built to the department of defense standards for data integrity and security. In addition to ongoing backups and well thought out data restoration procedures, offsite data storage ensures sensitive company information isn't lost.

What are the customer support hours?


Standard product support hours are Monday through Friday EST. each day the New York Stock Exchange is open. Extended hours are available through contract. System monitoring is performed 24 hours per day 7 days per week, weekends and holidays included.


How is TimesheetPlus™ typically priced?


Priced on a per employee per month basis, clients remit payment within 10 days after the previous month in which service was provided. Head count is based on active users within the system for that given period. Monthly pricing includes ongoing support and regularly scheduled software updates.
