HR and Payroll System Interface

TC-1™ operates seamlessly with HR and payroll systems. You can import data from your HR application to avoid having to input each employee's information all over again, creating transcription errors in the process.
TC-1™ can integrate with either a payroll service bureau or an in-house software package. The system easily handles different pay rates for different shifts, tasks, or assignments.
For example, a day-shift employee who is temporarily working the evening shift will be paid at the evening shift rate if that is what you instruct the system to do. TC-1™ automatically:
- computes time-and-a-half, double-time, etc.
- pays employees only within the rules you set
- handles different rules for different shifts
