TC-1™ Implementation
|
We provide all of the necessary installation support for the TC-1™ software (and any data collection hardware) called for in your solution package.
We show you how to identify and prepare those members of your staff who will play key roles in the implementation process. We can also provide an executive coach to work one-on-one with your project manager.
We will assist you and your staff in evaluating all of your company's policies and procedures dealing with time management and benefit accruals, and then show your staff how to configure them as rules in TC-1™.
We'll also show them how to maintain system tables, schedule employees, update employee records, utilize system reports, clock in and out, edit time records, approve time, create cost centers, and allocate labor costs.
We commence implementation within 10 days of your acceptance of a solution proposal. Complete implementation usually takes about six weeks and consists of five distinct phases:
- project initiation
- preliminary rules setting and data collection
- testing, reports review, adjustments
- training
- system review and acceptance
