"Is a maintenance plan available for Datamatics' TC-1® software?"
Yes. During the implementation process, we will provide your organization with software support and maintenance for up to 90 days. Beyond that we offer ongoing maintenance for a fixed annual fee, payable in quarterly installments.
Under our maintenance plan, your organization is entitled to
- free software upgrades and system tools
- repairs or fixes to facilities in place
- minor program modifications
- implementation of new functionality modules purchased in the future
- telephone support to get immediate TC-1 assistance
Fees for the maintenance plan are calculated as a set percentage of your software license fee.
