At Datamatics, we understand that effective user training is the key to successfully implementing an automated solution and deriving the most benefits from it.
We have trained thousands of users. We show system administrators, managers, and employees the things they need to do at their different levels of system access and responsibility. We excel at imparting basic operating skills very quickly, and then building on them to produce higher levels of system expertise.
Materials
We provide training manuals, sample tests, online tutorials, and other aids, in addition to the user friendly navigation and menu help tools that are already embedded in our solutions.
Format Options
We offer training in blocks of time for which you pay a services charge. We do on site training, as well as web-demo training with live telephone access to our trainers and application specialists.
Annual CTE (Client Technology Exchange) Conference
Customers using both our TC-1® enterprise solution or TimesheetPlus® ASP solution are invited to attend our annual conference. Attendees get to participate in specialized training sessions conducted by Datamatics' staff. They also get to exchange strategies and tips with other users.
